At Lady Luna, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. You may choose to:

Exchange your item for another product

Or request a return for store credit

 

📦 Eligibility Window

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.

🎥 For Damaged/Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it with no extra charge.
To claim a free exchange, please provide a video as proof, recorded from the moment the package is opened.

💳 Store Credit Terms

Store credit is valid for 6 Months from the date of issue.

Item purchased from store credit cannot be exchanged or returned.

🚫 Exclusions

Items purchased during Sale Period are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
